Why 100/100 Glow?

At some point you may want to cross over from being a commuter cyclist to a recreational or even sporty cyclist. You might start to look around at other cyclists and wonder where they are going, what's their bike like, what are they wearing, are they sporty cyclists ....then on another day you are driving out in South Manchester and seem to see groups of cyclists......mainly men but you spot a couple of women, is it a race, are they friends, what is the event? And then you might for just one moment think that looks like fun and you wish you could have a part in it........well here it is!

Your chance to train up with other women, over 5 months and if you fancy it ....have a go at cycling 100 kilometres or even 100 miles.

The aim is to get 100 women out together and change once and for all the 'visual' history of women in South Manchester. March this year is the centenary of International Women's Day, we have for one hundred years been celebrating women's achievements and championing the rights of women across the world. I want to contribute to those list of achievements and leave some fabulous pictures of women glowing with their cycling success.
